The name “Kaolin” originates from “Kaoling,” a hill in China from where this clay was first obtained or mined. It has kaolinite, a mineral that consists of layered silicate.
Our Kaolin clay is of cosmetic grade, snow white in color, super smooth in texture, rich in silica and with neutral pH.

Among all cosmetic clays Kaolin is considered to be the gentlest facial clays, suitable for almost all types of skin, especially sensitive skin.
